My car broke down on 75 south when it was pouring rain. I got on my state farm app and requested roadside service and they arrived within an hr. And I didn't know at the time that my plan had a free tow up to 10 miles. The guy was very professional and kind. Overall it made a bad situation alot easier to deal with.

Joined the State Farm Family today, Stephanie Little was incredible! Very friendly, professional and made me feel like I had known her for years. Love the family vibe. Highly recommend! Oh and did I mention joining State Farm is saving me over 1600 dollars a year!

Very excellent customer service, I personally called in with a semi unreasonable goal. The lady who was handling my case was extremely polite & explained it to me in great detail. The over all experience of switching from one insurance company to another was absolutely painless & she was a absolute fantastic worker helping me through it all.
