I was referred to Kremer Insurance Agency by a family member who stated they were great State Farm agents. My previous State Farm agent left alot to be desired under State Farm so I was anxious to switch. Best decison I ever made choosing the Kremer agency. Whenever I have contacted them Jennifer and Betsy have always been very friendly and always eager to help me with whatever I need. I was hit by another driver who claimed fault and their insurance company was taking care of my car but Jenn still reached out me as soon as she saw the claim and constantly kept checking in with me to see if I needed anything and how the claim with the other company was progressing. I’m not sure how well other insurance companies/branches function but this one has always been pretty solid. Jennifer has been my main point of contact for what feels like a few years now and every time I need insurance advice or assistance I know she’s got me. She’s always makes sure any and all issues and claims are completely resolved.
