Katie Goodwin was very helpful in quickly accessing the cost of my upcoming annual premium (which had not yet arrived in the mail) and getting it paid for me with the banking information available at her office. She was very pleasant and professional.

If your a small buisness run the other way fast. We have had them for years. The customer service was horrible. We could never get any call backs cause nobody was ever in the office. After a random 16k was withdrawn from our account from our insurance, it took over 2 weeks to get a answer that still nobody could make sense of. We were treated like our acct didnt matter to them. As of today we canceled all policies with them. Run the other way.
