Mike is an awesome guy! He always ready to assist me and all his customers. He'll provide the best solution to any concern that customers have. He's kind and really patient to while dealing with customers.

1 star because I literally couldn’t give anything less. Absolutely terrible service. My husband got into a terrible accident in September 2024- car was totaled. Was not happy how State Farm treated during the claim process us so decided to leave to another company once the claim was finalized. I informed Mikes office we will be canceling the policy and moving to another company. I was assured it was canceled. We kept getting letters in the mail with the premium for the new car we got and the totaled car (which was interesting). I kept calling again to confirm we were canceled, was reassured it was all good Come to find out, my husbands credit card was charged every month since September for the new car AND the totaled car! Amazing how they can even insure a car that doesn’t exist anymor

After state farm handled my accident claim in September Poorly I canceled my policy and received confirmation that it was cancelled. I have been charged over $300 a month for the last six months on a car that State Farm totaled. After multiple calls to Mike Hairston office and confirmations of cancelation I continue to have money withdrawn from my account without permission. Not a good choice for insurance! Update. Despite mikes message below saying my payment has been processed, I still don’t have any of the money that was taken without my permission. He told my wife the payment was processed 10 business days ago. Still nothing. More reason to never use this agent!

I have been a client of Mike’s for more than 30 years. He is always pleasant to work with providing responsive and helpful services and support. I highly recommend him if you are considering an insurance agent for your home, family or business.
