I was with this office for about 5 years prior and decided to shop around for insurance, I ended up finding a quote I liked but that ended up being a huge headache and a bad choice. After 3 months away from this office, I decided to call them and make the switch back. Everyone in the office is ALWAYS helpful, answers every question, and even if they don’t know the answer they will figure it out for you. Having a good customer service team to go to makes the world of a difference when it comes to something as stressful as insurance. I would recommend absolutely anybody to this office and in all honesty, if you do find a cheaper quote somewhere else, might mean you’ll end up paying for it someway else. This location canceled my insurance after I paid in full .when my ID expired . Without so much as a phone call . All my mail goes to a po box . Then they decided to keep a majority of the money . I would never do business with this particular office .
