Farmers Insurance - Kyle Vander Kooy

By far the most unprofessional company I've ever tried to do business with. My agent “Nichole George Agency - Agent: Rachel” Neglected to tell me important information regarding my policy before i paid for it resulting in her telling me she will have to adjust the price to a higher amount. After hearing that I decided to stay with my current policy through another company and requested it be canceled and have a refund sent back. She replied stating she was canceling it out that day and my refund would be here within 10 days. Fast forward to today 8 days later, i called the company getting no response so i went through all the automated BS just to get ANOTHER agent to tell me the policy was never canceled and I've been covered since the original day. Hopefully I’ll be getting my refund soon

One of the most honest people you will meet. He goes above and beyond for everyone. One evening, he drove 20 miles to help a policy holder that didn’t have roadside service and gave her a jump. He’s friendly, but not pushy. He’s very responsive and reliable and answers calls and emails promptly. He is extremely knowledgeable in all things insurance 😀 and is an expert in helping get you the best rate possible. 😁

Kyle has talked to me about possibly switching to Farmers Insurance and and after everything was said and done I was told I was a preferred candidate. He lowered my full coverage insurance on my vehicle plus added homeowner insurance for the price of what I was paying on my existing car insurance, which was a lot in a lot and did not have home insurance. I went into Kyle's office He made me feel I was Very welcomed and we have spent an hour going over details,signing paperwork;everything was exceptional perfect. Kyle is great. He really cares about us as his clients. The relationship doesn't stop after you sign on the dotted line. We even had a few issues with Farmers corporate after filing a claim for hitting a deer, and Kyle stepped in and resolved things. We will be sticking with Farmer's in Jenison and with Kyle!!
