I have been talking with Ethan at State Farm. He has been amazing. Got me transferred to auto and renters insurance at a great price. He’s very personal and I can’t thank him enough.

We had just bought our house and things were good until our mortgage company decided that they weren't going to pay the rest of the homeowners insurance to state farm. Our mortgage company even said we were going to have to get with state farm and get it paid and it was only $105. They refused to pay due to a miscalculation on their part but tried to get out of it. Ethan went above and beyond to fix the problem and they finally got it paid. Thanks Ethan you rock!!!

After years and years of automatic renewals, the worst way to find out your home owners insurance was "not renewed" is when the mortgage company tells you they are buying your insurance at whatever price they can find. I call up State Farm, after my house has been uninsured for more than a week, and ask for someone to get back to me ASAP as my house is NOT insured. ASAP to them is leaving my house uninsured for another 3 days.. Supposed to get a call on Monday, no call. Moving all my insurance elsewhere. Update: Issue was resolved promptly by local agent, was more disappointed in the corporate reaction and their definition of "Urgent." When your house is uninsured, three days is an eternity.

Mike has been my Agent for more than 40 years, ever since I needed liability insurance as a new driver. Later, adding my wife, and then Homeowners Insurance. We raised two girls that both went on our insurance plan. Multiline discounts, good student discounts. We have had a few claims here and there. Both covering our property and someone else's. Mike, his team, and State Farm have always been there for me and my family. Mike is a great guy. He has great people that work for him.

12 emails to get my son’s existing renters policy in this office updated to his new location in the same state. Max in this office is either poorly trained or has no attention to detail. He continues to get the address incorrect. He didn’t do a needs analysis, just decided what to quote - ignoring what was on the existing policy. They still cannot get the mailing address and garaging address changed on my auto. Another email this morning to Max. Got a one sentence response that was less than adequate. This isn’t the first poor experience we have had with this office. Will be looking to move to another State Farm location if they don’t get their act together.
