I was hesitant about using insurance company like this because I had heard horror stories about such places, but I was quite surprised When they made me feel like they truly cared and coming from me, that’s a lot because I don’t trust people that well. They explained Medicare and Medicaid and what was going to happen and what I was going to saving and get money back so that I could actually understand it. I can’t help but give them five stars. Because they had to explain it to an old man like me. And they deserve the five stars just for that.. It’s hard to find people that you can work with that you feel comfortable with and no they didn’t pay me for this. I truly feel it.
