I've been with Mike Boutz Jr. for over thirty years. Signing up with State Farm through Mike was one of the best decisions I've ever made. They are helpful, polite, knowledgeable, competent. I highly recommend this agency.

The best customer service I have received from an insurance company. I've worked with 5+ agencies either personally or for work. Robin always goes above and beyond. And when I had a serious issue with a tow truck driver, Michael called me personally to remedy any and all issues. I've never felt more taken care of.

Stay away from state farm if you actually want your insurance to be worth something. Office staff are great the claims adjusters play games and don’t follow through.

I cancelled my insurance with this guys on February 28 and now it's March 2nd I haven't received my $70 deposit and I was told that I was going to get it with in 2 weeks and I called them on February 16th and they told me it's still on prossece... it seems like I will never get my deposit back..
