Aly always stood out to me because she genuinely shows true compassion for her customers. Any time I called, Aly was on it and more than willing to help. There have been times where her compassion really shined through and it left a lasting impression on me. I’ve been with State Farm since I got my license and have worked with several agents over the years in many different states. My experience with Aly over the years has by far been one of the best. Kelly was exceptional .. polite, efficient, professional & yet friendly which is appreciated ..we switched auto insurance to State Farm and never has it gone so smoothly! We always have to call our son who has been in the insurance business for many years to guide us or answer our questions .. this is absolutely the first time we didn’t need to do that so the transaction was not delayed!
