Tracy, Amber, Chela etc, these ladies are not only professional, they are pleasant, efficient and get back to me so promptly. They are always looking out for our best interest. I’ve had my insurance here for a few years now. Still to this day, I’ve never received the personal care like I have at Fero Insurance. Amber has been there 15 years, she’s extremely knowledgeable and honest too!! They will tell you if they can’t save you money with them and not try and talk you into less coverage just to get your business. I fully trust them!! Highly, highly recommend. You will not find this service at any other agency!
