Thankfully, our agent (Amy) patiently explained the terminology, answered ALL of our questions, and got us a solid commercial liability and property coverage policy for our resort & campground. She's quick to respond to emails, always willing to meet in-person if need be, and diligent with the paperwork. We really appreciate all that Midwest Insurance does. Thanks for working behind the scenes to keep our doors open.
