The Annabelle and Associates team has stellar customer service! They are quick to respond whether I call, email or text. They are so knowledgeable – you can tell they truly care about their customers and help them to understand their coverage. They helped me to navigate the different types of life insurance so I could decide what was best for my family. It was a super fast process – I didn’t even have to go to the doctor. I strongly recommend you use this agency for all of your insurance needs.

I love these group of people. The whole team in this agency is absolutely incredible, personable and they truly care about what you need. Working with them makes buying insurance policies a smooth and easy experience. Insurance policies can be confusing and difficult to understand, it actually can be very overwhelming, but this team goes above and beyond to make sure that you have all the information required to make the right decision in purchasing the right policies. They come highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have them as agents.

At this time, I will be searching for an alternate agent. It used to be that you could reach right out to Annabelle and get assistance. It’s now become a corporation feeling of waiting on hold and pressing numbers only to be transferred to American Family corporation folks in a call center. The small town feel is gone. We chose this agency because it was in a small town. If you are ever able to reach anyone, the office folks are not helpful, they tend to give you the circle talk as though your importance does not matter and your concern can just go to American Family. What’s the point of having a local agent if every time you get the corporate referral run around. Very disappointed in this office.
