Having just moved to the area, my neighbor recommended Michiana Insurance as a fantastic agency in Plymouth. I’m so glad I contacted them. They were not only very professional, but so sincere, asking all the questions to make sure all of my needs were met and covered. The rates I was able to lock in are very fair, better than I have had in the past. They were kind, friendly, and most of all, I now consider them new friends. I left carrying a fresh pineapple!! Their way of saying Welcome!!!

Holy Pineapple Plymouth! I’m SO grateful that I found Michiana Insurance. Trust me when I say you can’t beat their rates, their follow-up, and their professionalism...I tried. The guy in charge of the Plymouth branch, I think his name is Keirn, is a real jovial character. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about all things insurance, he’s an accomplished ballroom dancer. He’s obviously put on a few pounds since his competitive days, but he’s still very talented and proud to show off his skills. It’s a great locally owned business. I look forward to my next visit!
