Older front desk lady named “kitty” super rude in person and over the phone shouldn’t be working there if she can’t communicate properly I hope she has the day she deserves 🙂 also I had opened a account and then a week later they sent a letter stating I need to change insurance because of 1 ticket on my record I asked for my money back because it hadn’t been a week & they said they would send it through the mail well they lied they never fixed the problem super unprofessional . I called again said they will send my money in two weeks let’s see if they lie again .

Indiana Farm Bureau has always taken great care of me! Melody is my insurance agent, and she does a wonderful job. Used the Plymouth office since I got my 1st car, and never even thought about switching!

Just wanted to give a big shout out to our agent Elizabeth Kozubik, She's the best ever! .... She takes great care of her clients and is very promp. She's most definitely the best ... So if you ever need insurance for anything please don't wait.. They offer discounts and home owners insurance,motorcycle,Rv,and much more..

In case of an accident that is not your fault, and conveniently the same insurance as the person that is at fault, they will give you a complete run around. The person at fault changed her story after the first police report, AFTER talking to this (her) insurance company. Farm Bureau proceeded to call many times without consulting my insurance company, even after being instructed to do so. Everything is still up in the air.... and I'm still awaiting answers from them (and a phone call). Not my insurance company, never would be my insurance company. If this is the way they do business, then I would avoid at all costs.

I have been with Farm Bureau for 44 years. Have been through house fire, tree falling on house, and 2 car repairs. I have been very satisfied. I would recommend the Plymouth office.
