Run away … find another insurance company. Allstate and Gary Wright agency is a JOKE. They DON’T back their clients, refuse to return calls and emails regarding claims, and DENY - back the denial - of claims. The excuses made for a denial is like a comedy show - lack justification and lie their way out of claims. Seriously, don’t waste your time with Allstate. Call Erie or Nationwide - you are NEVER in good hands with Allstate, NEVER.

Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I had them for auto coverage first, then added homeowners insurance. The inspection Of my new home didn't occur until weeks after it was purchased. They stated my home failed inspection due to my roof. I asked if they could clarify the issue. The picture they sent to "clarify" was a picture of my entire roof. When I asked for more specific details I was told by the agent she wasn't sure. When I ordered the second inspection I requested to be contacted when they would be coming so I could be home. I was told by the agent she can't guarantee that. The insurance agent put all blame on not being a roofer and knowing details, that the inspector makes the decisions. I've been an Allstate customer for about 15yrs and moved to this area from near Baltimore a couple years ago. I thought it was time to get a local agent so I gave them a call. They answered all my questions and even made changes to my policy to save me money. This was without them even being the agent that should be servicing my policy. I'll be switching agents ASAP.
