The only reason why this agent gets high marks is because of her staff. Her staff is so professional and they are very helpful. The agent needs to learn from her staff how to treat customers and how to respond timely Michelle is a terrible individual. it should not be a State Farm agent, rude disrespectful and argumentative. She’s not reliable and she can Cause you financial disparity very quickly if you’re not tracking the things that she does with your insurance coverage. Michelle Randolph worst agent you could ever encounter in the city of Albuquerque. She does not respond to emails phone messages or even text. She unilaterally likes to make changes without your consent, causing an increase of your insurance tried numerous time to work with her but she became argumentative and frustrate
