Michelle Cornell Hulbert: Allstate Insurance

I've always been happy with this agent, so this review is more based on Allstate itself. Not happy that I got a non renewal notice because I had one claim 2 yrs ago and another last year. We are required to carry insurance, but then get punished for using it!? That is ridiculous!!!

We recently hit a deer head on. The app was very helpful because we were able to get our claim started immediately. You can submit photos, describe the accident and even chat live if needed. I also have my insurance cards on the app, so I don't have to remember to put new coverage cards in my vehicle every six month. I just bring the app up and can access my cards, my policy and anything else you may need right at your fingertips.

Michelle was extremely helpful with getting me Life Insurance quotes and completing the application with me over the phone based on my availability. Highly recommend.

Great place! Any time I've gone into the office, whether for myself or my parents, they take the time to answer any question. They're a great bunch that enjoy their job and have the knowledge.
