Called with a question about homeowners insurance and Amy was lovely! Cannot recommend them enough!
I had to cancel my insurance, a situation that was out of my control . The agent gave the agency the wrong cancellation date and is refusing to make a quick call and give them the proper date. According to the representative, she should have set cancellation for the seventh but instead wrote it down for the 8th which means I’m paying for an extra day. The representative was willing to reimburse me for the extra day and all she had to do was call and provide the CORRECT cancellation date but refused to do so. That’s NOT ok, especially when it is such a quick fix . For the fact that she didn’t care that she didn’t report the correct cancellation date is unacceptable and they’re not a trust worthy company.
Amy and Isabella are both very professional. From the moment I walked in the office I felt comfortable and welcome!
