I highly recommend using this insurance agent. We have been using this State Farm Agent for years. They are amazingly helpful and easy to deal with. The prices are lower than online companies and you get to talk to a real person when you need to.

I've been at this office for about 10 years and they have done amazing. I switched to them because my previous State Farm office fell flat with customer service. I live 2 hours from this office now and refuse to switch to anyone else. This team has never been a disappointment and has always done their best to get me the best rates. They have excellent communication, great rates and go above and beyond. Thanks so much for being my agent and the best team around!

I was with Michael Szafranski State Farm for about three years until I switched to a new agent last week. I tried for the last two pay cycles to get an answer as to why my bill had gone up about $50 a month (with no incidents/tickets on my part) and both representatives that I talked to said they had to contact billing and would call me back. I never heard anything back from either representative. That on top of calling and constantly getting their voicemail, was very frustrating. The new State Farm agent was able to take one look at my renewal and give me advice on how to get the bill reduced back to the initial price that I had been paying. I was very pleased with them up until this instant but the way my questions were handled was very poor.
