Lavey Insurance

I’ve been working with Lavey Insurance for about two years now for home and auto, so this review is based on real, long-term experience—not just a first impression. From day one working with Chad through today, the customer service and knowledge of available options have been consistently outstanding. Lavey’s pricing was significantly better than my previous insurance company, and the fact that they aren’t locked into a single option continues to make them more competitive. When was the last time your insurance agent called you to tell you your premium was going down? That actually happens here. Above all else, being able to call the office and speak directly with the same person who sold you the policy—rather than being routed to a call center or online platform—is incredibly refreshing

I want to highly recommend Lavey Insurance. I walked into an actual building and there were people sitting at their desk. I appreciate when I can work with people in person vs. the typical on-line experience. I had no appointment for my first visit. Chad spent an hour with me taking down all the pertinent information to quote three different insurance policies, plus two new policies. Today, I had an appointment and Chad spent over an hour going through all the details/changes/improvements to coverage. I saved a significant amount of money and have more coverage! Chad is awesome to work and is very helpful. I will recommend Lavey insurance to family and friends!

Received a notice of a pending bill for my house insurance. I noticed it had a possible deduction if the roof has been updated. I called and was told to submit a receipt for the new roof and the bill would be adjusted accordingly. Since I had moved from the area, but insured the home I purchased with Lavey because they were very efficient when I lived in the area. I was able to take care of everything over the internet.

This place is amazing and wow the benefits they give you in the coverage and for the price is amazing. I feel so much better. I’m so happy I called. Dark guy, Chad, our insurance agent was amazing thank you so much for all your help in your kindness. I will make sure that I will recommend you guys and share this with others.

I have been working with Crystal and she has been fabulous. Keeps me in the loop and offers suggestions to think about. Great service thus far.
