Michael Scully: Allstate Insurance

I have never had anything but a positive experience working with Michael Scully’s Allstate Insurance office. Great team! Always knowledgeable, professional, prompt, friendly and caring. Napa Ca is fortunate to have such a great local office.

A rock hit my front windshield while I was driving thru construction on I-5 south. I left a message for Allstate and was called back in just a few minutes. Then I was connected with the glass claims department and they already had most of the work done in filling out the form based on the information I had provided to Allstate. I have an appointment with Safelite and it is possible it may be a "fill-in" rather than a replacement. I sincerely appreciate the efficiency.

Mike has handled the insurance for our condo association for several years. We recently had a tree loss and had some questions regarding the coverage. No response after three or four attempts to discuss.
