Michael and his staff have always been most helpful. Initially we contacted Michael because we were having trouble with our then current agent. Michael came and met with us so he could see the property and then was able to write a policy for the property and also an umbrella policy. Recently, my mother needed insurance as her premium with her current insurance was getting so high. I contacted Michael and he shopped insurance for her and came up with great options for both her home and car. He is always quick to respond to questions via email and is available by phone, if he is not his staff is very knowledgeable!
