I’ve had great service from Brian. I’ve had home owners insurance from Brian for several years and recently added another vehicle. Every time I’ve called, he answers and takes care of whatever I need. Last year I refinanced and needed documents quickly and he sent them right away. When I added my vehicle I had the insurance card right after I called. When it comes to insurance you don’t want to mess around, you need someone who is going to answer and take care of business. This is why I recommend Brian.

Edit: 7/26 Since the time of this review I have gotten to know Brian better and I would say he is very good at what he does and helps you find the best coverage possible. I would recommend him. I've been with Farmers insurance for long time. When Jim was in charge he took the time to personally call and ask how I was doing and wanted to review my coverage to see where I was. I don't have that with Brian but the few times that I've called his staff has been friendly and knowledgeable. My coverage is comparable with other insurance agents and I'm satisfied with the service.
