Michael P. Gianfrancesco: Allstate Insurance

About nine months ago, I moved to Deer Park (Wheatley Heights), NY, and needed insurance for my new car. After some searching, I decided to go with Allstate Insurance Agent Michael P.G., who owns the agency at 253 Half Hollow Rd, Deer Park, NY. I thought I had everything set up with him and was good to go. Fast forward to a few days ago—I got hit in a parking lot by a driver who just took off. I called Allstate to report the hit-and-run, only to be shocked when they told me my contract number wasn’t even in their system. Confused, I went straight to Michael’s office to figure out what was going on. The moment I explained the situation, he got defensive and snapped at me, claiming I never finalized my contract and that they never received any payment from me—even though the money was clear

one of their employees (Michael Gianfrancesco) assaulted an unsuspecting man for walking in a parking lot and let him in serious condition. absolutely disgusting

We have been with Allstate for some 30+ years now. Sue , In Micheal Gianfrensescos office in the Deer Park NY has always been of great help to us. We have always been treated in a professional manner and we are greatfull. But the negative comments are of concern to us. Because a personal name is behind the company . I was a Builder on eastern Long Island for 45 years. I too received negative comments and quickly got to the bottom of the cause in a professional manner. Why, because my reputation was behind my name. I wanted to be sure that my clients were being treated fairly, not being taken advantage of in any way. We are confident that Mr. Gianfrensesco and Mr. Reid are doing the same

I have been a loyal customer for years and the office is now the most poorly run office I have ever dealt with. I called in Friday at 3:45 and the woman hung up on me so she could go home for the weekend. I was not able to get my new car because of this. Do not use this agency. The customer service is terrible and they do whatever they can to get out early even though they have paying clients needing assistance. I am going to State Farm and will advise all of my clients to stay away from this agency. The worst customer service I have ever been apart of. Its sad that an insurance associate can ruin the reputation of the Agency Owner. I would not employee a person who values getting out 10 min early and not help her paying customers.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Owner was super disrespectful, all I needed was to get new insurance on my new car. I received nothing but disrespect and I wish the call was recorded because it would’ve went VIRAL. Definitely won’t recommend to my friends or family
