Deborah Morson - State Farm Insurance Agent

Run, don't walk, from this terrible agency/company! I have had State Farm for 5+ years, and it has been a nonstop nightmare. The first couple of years, I had no issue. It started in 2022 when my car broke down on the side of the road, and I requested a covered tow through my policy. I spent six hours on the side of I-95 waiting for the tow truck with my family before it finally arrived without so much as an apology for leaving us in that dangerous situation. Flash forward three incident-free years, when I got in my first accident in over 15 years. I was in a minor accident that was not my fault, and I filed my claim through State Farm. The next renewal of my policy, my rates were raised, which is understandable. Nine months later, I received a letter stating that they would not be renewin

I have been with this agency for 20 years and that's because of my agent Jean. She has always been friendly and polite. Jean has personally helped me with the rigorous filing of two claims, one of which in where I was severely assaulted and my car totaled. I could be at other agencies where I could be saving $10-20 per month but it's worth the extra because any time l call, Jean is always there for me and knows me personally. Jean is like family and treats everyone as such. Call Jean and see if she can help you save & maybe you're tired of calling your company's 800 line and getting a different person every time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Unfortunately you can't duplicate the Deborah Morson Agency. (Five stars) Not successful with State Farm Agency in Leesburg florida. Will have to shop around. Oh well leaving the best behind.

They've been my insurance agent for a very long time. I'm trying to re establish my insurance since I just am getting back into a car. Lovely people
