Michael Love: Allstate Insurance

I spoke to this man 1 times and it was totally enough. He was rude, arrogant and condescending. I watched him and heard him totally belittle another lady and his office lady. This was about 15 years ago or more so I did not want this man as our agent I called into the main branch. They were supposed to have switched me. Then I keep getting papers in the mail. Finally I called and I was switched to Claire I thought but I have no idea now

Mike and his agency are so accommodating and knowledgeable. They were professional and timely with everything. I never had a problem that wasn't addresed. I appreciate such kind individuals!

It’s a constant fight to get a claim through. I was in a accident in Tennessee. I was with Allstate for around 18 years . The Alma office was closed permanently and had to use a Mt. Pleasant as an agency. I never had an issue with the Alma agent. The mt. Pleasant agent never kept me up to date. I actually took time off work to show up in person to get a follow up. Phone messages were often not returned. I truly believe this agent takes his customers for granted by doing the bare minimum. I left Allstate over these issues after 18 years of loyalty. When I went shopping, I didn’t look for the cheapest. I looked for an agent that was knowledgeable as well as good at communication. These are the qualities that I look for and the Allstate in Mt. Pleasant is not it.
