AAA Mt Pleasant

I have been a loyal AAA member for the past 10 years, insured my cars, RV, home with AAA. I recently requested a policy review as my rates have continued to increase without reason. I spoke with my agent Ethan he said he would review and call me back, never got a call. I finally called them today he didn’t answer and someone in his office says he did a review and found $50 off…. The reason I have stuck with AAA is because having an agent used to mean something, it used to mean they would look out for you. Apparently the times you do need them they can’t help and are too busy to tell you. So to anyone reading this do your homework and base your decision off saving yourself money, it means nothing to have an agent. 6 quotes from companies I’ve never had insurance through and all of them beat

Lazy, rude, and belligerent staff. Have had AAA for over 20 years. My dad retired from aaa years ago for reference and now none of us have aaa. They went to far this time. Full of excuses why they did not get a hold of me for 3 days. STEVEN stay in your lane and keep your BIG mouth shut!!! YOU are the reason I left.... Front desk lady rude and full of excuses excuses waiving a notepad around at me with an attitude. Both were very rude and unfriendly, no more nice staff left. (Explains why) Totally unacceptable. Go somewhere else and you'll easily get a better policy with more coverage cheaper. Don't risk something important with complete incompetence. You'll be glad you did.

Dave, Erin, and Steven have been so incredible assisting with anything I've ever needed quickly. When I got my imported car nobody else could get it insured easily and these three here at AAA got it done in 3 hours and pulled everything possible out into the works and got it done on a short last minute timeline and I'm forever grateful! Seriously best customer service of any insurance I've ever had 😃😃😃👍

I've had my.insurance with Dave Carsons Agency for a couple years now and I have had nothing but great experience and customer service from him and his employees. My rates have never been better and whenever I call they take care of anything I need quick and efficient and always feels like I'm talking to someone who really understands me and my needs. I own multiple vehicles I drive daily and they always are looking out for my best interest and cost effective solutions for all my insurance needs. Thank you Dave and all the staff at this Agency

They don’t seem eager to want to help or even return a quote! They must have forgotten that they’re a business! They also randomly raised my yearly policy and demanded I payed them asap or they threatened cancellation.
