Service has been quite poor. I have never heard from this agent unless I have gotten a hold of him first. Does not respond to activities requested of him. It would be good to have a permanent agent in Prairie du Chien
Mike came to our house and did a very complete, detailed summary of our home and auto policies. He explained all our options and believe we now have the best coverage.
Mike and his American Family Team are very thorough in making sure all the coverage is in place - dot the I's and cross the T's. With a comprehensive multi- property and multi-state plan we're in good hands.
Been with American Family for awhile, but had a different agent. Should've switched years ago. Excellent people that actually get things right the first time
The people that work in the Watertown office are good. It is the insurance company that sucks big time.
