Ben Achenbach - State Farm Insurance Agent

My daughter was in another state when someone hit her car while she was parked. Ben and his team went above and beyond to help her with the claim and even made several calls to claims to make sure she could get her rent a car asap. This was the first time she has been in an accident, so she was unsure of the process, but Jenny & Sarah were friendly, helpful and all around a pleasure for her to work with. OH and she had just switched and only had state farm insurance for 3 days when this happened. If you are looking for a company that still believes in customer service, call Ben and his amazing team!!!

We started shopping around when our insurance rates started skyrocketing. We must have called over 5 different companies before trying Ben and his team at State Farm. Not only were they able to lower our costs, but our coverage got reviewed and is much more comprehensive now! They really gave us the comfort level that if anything should happen in the future, they've got us covered. Very responsive, quick service with a solid company to back them up.

Tammie was fantastic. She got involved from the beginning, in a difficult situation she didn't create, to ultimately take care of a customer properly. From the moment the problem arose, there was communication and a plan set. Follow ups were made. Felt like the customer was cared about. It was great to have some help to get poor handling resolved.

Purchased our first home and State Farm was quick to respond with a quote. Decided to bundle my auto with them as well. Sarah was great to work with and made this process a breeze. Would recommend to anyone looking for insurance!
