The staff are very easy to talk to, it does not take long to resolve things if needed be. I am always assisted in a quick but meaningful way. Talitha, is a wonderful lady and she is always so nice. She treats you just like a person and you can tell she likes her job.

I have been pleased with this insurance agency as a whole. However, they do not keep the website updated. This website has been down since last week. I usually make my payments online. I called and left a message and my call was returned (promptly) I might add which was a plus and they offered to process it for me and mail me my receipt. However, That may be fine for them, but I am not keen on giving personal information over the phone and also not keen on depending on getting a receipt in the mail, especially with the postal service not always being reliable. When I asked if they knew approximately when the website would be updated, the answer was "I don't know" maybe try later. Considering I used to run a website, the respectful thing to do would be to post it on their homepage that the

Was very easy starting my auto insurance policy at state farm they were very smart and friendly.

We had a great experience with this company, but more importantly this location. Our representative was Cait and she was great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. The process to change insurance companies was easy thanks to her. I also loved the friendly dog that is there. The owner was very polite to make sure we were comfortable with the pet. It made the experience even more fun. I highly recommend stopping by this location to see what they can do for you :)
