AAA Waterville Insurance and Member Services

My drivers license needed to be renewed, so I had two options: Go to the DMV, and potentially have to wait 2 to 4 hours, OR Go to AAA, maybe take 10 to 15 minutes, quick eye test, and 32 dollars. I took the latter option. Saved 2 to 4 hours of my life for a simple renewal. Good for 6 years. Thank you, AAA! Member for 2 years.

Unfortunately I had my first negative experience with AAA and I am currently waiting for a local manager to return my call so that I can share my experience. I requested battery service online and absolutely nothing went right with the request for over 24 hours. The local garage was great to deal with, but even they were seemingly frustrated with the AAA miscommunications. After talking to many agents/dispatchers, I ultimately had to make other arrangements to replace my battery 36 hours after submitting a request for service with AAA that was unfulfilled. I called into the Waterville location to provide feedback, connected with a member service representative, and was told that none of the 5+ conversations that I had had with AAA were recorded in their CRM. She stated that had I done my

I visited to update my address on driver's license - didn't have to sit and wait at the DMV! The staff were right there to efficiently update my license - the whole process took only 10 minutes and $3. Excellent service!

Love the convenience of stopping here to renew my driver's licence. Also being a member, they offer free guides to help us find places to visit during our travels.

Everything is great during business hours but it would be nice to not have to take an hour and a half out of my work day to add a vehicle to my policy. There should be a way for me to do this in the evening as well.
