His staff is patient and willing to answer all questions asked. If they didn't know, they didn't hesitate to ask someone else in the office. But they are very knowledgeable in the insurance they provide. ** I now have to change my review on them based on the conversation I had today 8-10-2020. They now mark it against and up charge your insurance if you got into a no fault accident and put a claim in. My wife was rear ended and totalled her car out. I now find out since we put a claim in, our insurance is going up. Ridiculous for paying the amount of money we do and this happens. Shopping around now.

Great company, great people. Always there to help whenever i need anything or have any questions. Never make me feel like an inconvenience. Mike is a great guy amd hilarious too.

In the past couple years we haven't had any problems but this last month the office girls haven't been on top of things. It took almost a week to get a declaration of insurance to the camper dealer. Don't know what the problem was there. Then when they finally received it the salesman had to call and correct the expiration of the insurance.

No complaints been good company to me for over 6 years. Fair rates even on 3 vehicles.
