Miranda does not do things up to code with Michigan State law. While I was looking for different insurance (since they raised mine $100 after signing my 6 month policy) I was told by multiple agencies that your whole household has to be listed on your insurance policy. Miranda never told me that, wrote up a whole new policy for me in September, with only myself listed. Not to mention she didn't even have my correct medical insurance listed. Also refused to get my payment stopped after I found new insurance that wasn't shady. Luckily my bank handled that one for me, but dealing with this has been a nightmare.

Miranda and Delana are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about insurance. They have a convenient location in Uptown Bay City and are always pleasant when I stop by there.
