We have been with Allstate for the past 14 years. In Dec 2016 we tried to removed a car from our policy. The request was done by a call phone. When renew notice arrive in the mail in may 2017 the car was still at the policy. We contacted the agent but because We did not request in writing and could not prove the request our agent refused to cancel our policy going back to December. We provided our Verizon phone call log proving the calls with the request as well as the plate return and the bill of sale. I contacted All State and my case was recently solved. I do not recommend this agent because he stopped returning my phone calls request and did not had any effort to solve our issue. I created a complaint with AllState and change agent.

Over the years I have some good experience with this initials comp. They work very well with each situation that I have with accidents .Their discounts are great and their accommodation when seeking inquires on any issues is very exceptional. I would recommend this comp to anyone
