She helped me obtain new life insurance with better coverage amounts at better pricing than I had with NY Life. She also quoted my cars and now I will be saving almost $700 every six months!! Wow I got Home Owners Insurance and Flood Insurance)this woman is amazing she stayed on phone until everything was done and printed for my New home until 6:20pm she gets off at 5pm) If this isn't employee of the year!!! I don't know what is Excellent customer service and finish everything before my closing date!! I can't thank you , tatiana , enough and state farm !!! I have many policies with this office. They never disappointed me. Always came through with excellent products and premiums. One of my policies was in trouble and I called and spoke with Kayla and she took care of the issue with very pleasant attitude. It was nice to talk to someone and hear a kind voice on the other side. John has been great with helping me with renter's insurance! His attention to detail and communication has helped me ensure I'm always covered. Both times I've moved, I've had quick turn around times but John produced quotes and proof of insurance with efficiency and accuracy. Being available to text with John made working with him convenient. Cannot recommend working with him enough!
