Horrible Service. I moved December 2024 and I have been calling and sending emails about changing the rental insurance address. This group refuses to talk and I have been paying for over a year on a house I don’t even live at anymore and my current house doesn’t have coverage because they won’t respond! Do waste your time with them.

This office is difficult to get on the phone. Get Esurance. Cheaper and you will do all your own work anyway. Call any other office for better results.

Kyle was an outstanding representative and very professional. Helped me switch from my current provider to Allstate and even saved me more money than what I was already saving from Geico. 10/10 would recommend anyone work with him. He was very attentive and willing to work around my schedule along with answering all of my questions that I had in perfect detail.

I told these guys that I got a new policy because their renewal was much more expensive than the new one I found and asked them in advance to cancel their policy but they ignored it. They started asking me to provide them with my new policy number which no other company has asked me before. Ridiculous. I keep receiving notifications that I have to pay for their policy. Get it canceled!
