I'm a long time satisfied customer and the people I've dealt with were always pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful.
I can't remember exactly but I have had Allstate car insurance for a little more than 10 years and condo insurance for more than 10 years and so far no complaints. They have alway helped me out when I needed them.
Agent didn't want to provide with quote. Not helpful at all.
