Ben was able to find us a good policy and we were very pleased with our initial experience. The new year follow up proved to be very frustrating as Ben and office staff would never reply or respond to emails, text or calls. We will not be doing any more business with a company that behaves this way. It only takes a moment to reply to a customer and to have the respect to at least let them know that you're busy, but you will get back to them. He is writing policies for businesses and retail clients, and this is no way to run a business. If you're looking for a company that stands behind the policies it writes and cares about customer service pick another one, Because when you need your agent to respond, It will fall on deaf ears.

This has got to be the greatest insurance agency on the planet. They make you feel very comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. Ben is very professional and will find you the best affordable policy that matches your situation. After getting me my policy he gave me a follow up call a few days later to make sure everything was ok. The staff is friendly and they take their time to service every and anyone looking for affordable insurance. I would recommend them to anyone. Ten stars if I could give it. 👍👍👍

Ben is the man. He gave me his time and word i.e. even though he had about 5 phone calls incoming, he focused on me and my policy. He is very professional slicing through all the fluff but at the same time being so thorough with the most important aspects and trying to get me all the discounts possible. I appreciate his service and I am a happy customer. Highly recommended. Will be back with other vehicles.
