Patience is their strength and the customer's benefit for working with people who really listen and respond to facts. I have worked with Michael and others over the years, most recently with Jeremy Fitz. I'll spare you the details of my misunderstanding, but Jeremy listened, and corrected me while unnecessarily sharing responsibility. That is not a common trait.

started a policy for me but only to have it cancelled not when one month after because my license we're suspended 2 years ago, for 3 months lol and since have been reinstated. with no notice. 2 phone numbers, an email and home address.. really? someone obviously doesn't wanna pay what they should back instead of taking so quickly. you knew you were gonna cancel my damn policy lol i remember our conversation as well as my fiance and mother in law heard the whole thing. ya know people have to pay for their wrong doings. 😊 would NOT recommend this office!
