This is the last place to get insurance horrible customer service. When I call you make payment they never answer or they simple just hangup. If you go in-person it's worse horrible service no way do they k how to speak to customer. Just waiting on my policy to end and never will I come back.

I recommend this place to anyone needing a low insurance rate. They helped me pay way less than what I used to pay at Pronto. Their employees are very helpful when it comes to any questions you have concerning the many services they offer.

I am happy with my insurance coverage. But when I have to pay in San Juan. I always get the Bride of Chucky. That is why I opted to pay in palmhurst (that office closed permanently) so I started paying in McAllen, very good customer service. Bride of Chucky kept saying she had explained to me last month my late fee charges, how could she if I paid in McAllen?! The only reason I went to San Juan was the McAllen office closed at 4 that day and San Juan was the only office open.

I have been with this company for over 5 years and I love the company itself but their customer service is horrible, they never answer the phone lines and when they do they always leave you on the phone waiting for a simple response. If they could change; this would be an outstanding business.

They did it wrong and didnt even ask me if i wanted electronic or paper they put my son as daughter and didnt want to give me my w2 copy when they were done filing never again i need to do a 3949-A form and make a report to the irs
