I dont understand how people give low rating to the most affordable insurance by far I've recieved. By far the best prices from other insurances I've had! Even freeway insurance cant beat Mr. Loyas prices! Dont procrastinate go get a quote you won't regret it!

Slowest service. Placed on hold for 14 minutes show up to the branch and wait 40 minutes to be seen. Ok one employee but come on management schedule more employees. As I’m waiting phones ringing off the hook. The guy was apologizing for the wait but it is ridiculous.

Really disappointed. They say one thing one day, ask for my driver license to have a copy and add me on the policy. Today I stopped by and found out they havent add me on the policy and want to charge more $70 to add me on. Really Don't think it's fair. San Juan Texas branch.

I spoke to NOELLY over the phone for a quote and it was so easy I ended up purchasing my policy right then and there everything done via email so easy so simple I had my ID card emailed to me within min ! Very nice and professional thank you so much !❤️
