Calling to get information on a life insurance policy, but only get get computer generated platform. I ask for a representative but it cuts phone call by telling me it's experiencing a technical problem! Never again will I purchase nor recommend a MetLife product !!
It is almost impossible to contact a live person. We spent a total 3.5 hours on hold before my wife was able to speak to a live person. If you want a company you can work with, try someone else.
