I called Sound Pacific out of the blue due to scouting to find an insurance broker where being personable and kind was consistent in the way of managing their business. I was so surprised to find their customer service, capacity to listen, implement and follow through along with just being plain helpful is awesome - crazy hard to find - and it's a gift to be working with this company.
