MetLife - Met1

This review is based solely on the facilities and the work environment. MetLife has honestly some of the best facilities I have ever seen. The building is almost entirely glass which allows a ton of sun in which is extremely pleasant. On top of the fact that most of the desk are electric standing desk. It is a huge plus in the quality of life for work environment. The main building also has a fabulous cafeteria with items like a pizza place and sushi bar. Also another cool thing they do is bring in food trucks twice a month as well as bringing in a masseuse. I have also noticed that MetLife does a ton of community involvement projects and create opportunities for their employees to get involved. More companies should take their cues from some of the things MetLife has implemented.

Nice campus, but to eat other than in the cafe, you have to drive

Only rating the office infrastructure! It is the best in the country I have seen so far in my experience!

Ample parking, easy to find and secure bldg. Great place to work.
