Had an appointment today for 11 o'clock and for the last 10-15 minutes I've been trying to contact them with the security guy from downstairs and all we've got was the voicemail. Thanks allot mr. Bharat from MetLife for treating this way potential customers.

There giving my husband the runaround ..On the phone for 6 hrs at a time 4 days in a row trying to get his wife who passed in 2003 her 401 K that she left him he got the pin mailed n the call that was scheduled didnt come thru hes sitting waiting as we speak.. He took off from work ..So sad this kind of run around ..His wife worked hard for the company so sad to see him upset that no one cares to do right by him
