MetLife Auto Home and Life Insurance

The claim process takes forever, they sit on paperwork, request the same paperwork 4 times, don’t read emails, and I cancelled my policy due to this! I’m still waiting for my claim to be paid 2 months later! Horrible company! Do better!

On a Monday morning at 10:15 AM I called the number listed and selected "life insurance". The system promptly connected me to "home and auto". I called back three times trying to get life insurance and each time I was now connected to the voicemail of Mary Coleman in "home and auto". She would inconveniently be out of the office for a few weeks.

Called to inquire about life insurance. Told the lady I had a policy many years ago. She then decided to brush me off told me to contact customer service when all I wanted was info on new policies. Had to hang-up because she started getting RUDE..

If we could give METLIFE HOME & AUTO INSURANCE zero stars we would. On Memorial Day, May 27, 2019 at approximately 1:15 PM our home sustained catastrophic hail and wind damage. MetLife sent an adjuster (Micheal Cochran) from Indiana to assess damages. It was very clear from the beginning of our meeting that METLIFE HOME & AUTO INSURANCE wasn't going repair much of anything. Meanwhile all the homes on our street / subdivision our currently getting entire new roofs replaced, siding and gutters. Spoke with Micheal Cochran supervisor in New Hampshire, Carol Choule with regards to our claim not being addressed properly. Ms. Choule continued to give us addition stalling and run around.
