Not only did Konen save me money on my auto insurance, but they did a fantastic job when I had an auto claim. Kathleen, the person I spoke to regularly, was on her honeymoon and someone else in the office handled it immediately. As soon as Kathleen returned, she called me to see if I needed anything else. Great customer service.

Konen Insurance introduced me to Erie Insurance. They both have been a joy to work with, including claims process & payments and very reasonable pricing. Tammy K was very helpful to me and our HOA when we had questions on our current coverage and the subsequent transitioning to Erie for our community.
