After my recent auto accident, Rob Merlo helped me initiate my claim with Erie Insurance. Within hours, I had a rental car and my car was at a body shop. He was very prompt in dealing with any subsequent concerns. Jackie was also very helpful in following up on my claim and dealing with insuring my replacement vehicle. Merlo Insurance did a wonderful job insuring me and helping me through a very stressful experience.

Merlo Insurance Agency is the best agency I have ever used. From Molly answering the phone to Anita having the patience to deal with my ever changing fleet of vehicles, I am always assured I am not a bother. I appreciate the team here and I don't plan on going anywhere else! P.S. They find amazing rates!

We've been with them for house and car for 10 years and have nothing but great things to say about them! They even called last year to let us know that we could switch companies, pay a considerable amount less and have better coverage. They are amazing to work with!
