AAA Niles Insurance and Member Services

I have been with AAA for 3 years and moved 6 months ago, which required having to find a new AAA location to call and pay my bill because there is no nearby location available for walk- ins The first time I spoke with one of your agents, Brittany Whitlow, I asked if I could reach out to her for future services, as I prefer to deal with one agent. She said I could reach her by her number or email. The first few months I left voicemails and sent emails with questions about billing charges. She has never returned a phone call or replied to an email.

Been an AAA member for over 40 years, but I am always amazed at the Niles office service situation. If you are there for insurance or have an appt for either travel or travel agents you'll probably get served relatively quickly. But if you just want,... say parking for Cedar Point or such, I have routinely had to budget an hour for such a seemingly quick errand. Twice I've waited more than 20 min left to run other errands and come back and had continue to wait for the same customers to finish. Once I felt so vindicated when another customer left complaining of waiting over 20 min, this was after I had waited 20 min, left & come back an waited another 5. The receptionist then got me taken care of within 5 min once she realized I was gong to head to Boardman hoping for faster service th

Nice to have a membership for car towing, gas, and maps for travel. Good peace of mind knowing you're covered by these guys and using their services once or twice in a year covers your membership fees alone. Worth the price of around 100 a year.

Went for a trip tic. Got enrolled in their free identity theft protection. Staff was awesome and very helpful. Been a member for 20 years and we dont leave home with out AAA!

He answered all my questions with skill and efficiency to ensure I got the most for my money with my AAA membership & auto insurance. AAA, a word to the wise, hire more customer service agents like Daniel.
